Vous devez alors \u00e9tablir un plan de formation chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p><p>Votre entreprise compte moins de 20 travailleurs ? Le plan de formation n\u2019est alors pas obligatoire. Il peut toutefois \u00eatre utile. Il vous permet de mieux identifier les formations dont vos ouvriers ont besoin et de planifier les formations au bon moment.<\/p><p>Le plan de formation concerne tous les travailleurs de votre entreprise. Lors du choix des formations, vous devez accorder une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 certains groupes. Il s\u2019agit par exemple des travailleurs de 50 ans ou plus qui appartiennent \u00e0 un groupe \u00e0 risque, des travailleurs d\u2019origine \u00e9trang\u00e8re et des travailleurs en situation de handicap.<\/p><p><strong>Bon \u00e0 savoir<\/strong><\/p><p>Au sein de la CP 100, il existe \u00e9galement des accords sectoriels concernant la formation. nouveau plan de formation chaque ann\u00e9e. Le plan est valable pendant au moins un an.<\/p><p>Avant de finaliser le plan, vous devez en discuter au sein de votre entreprise.<\/p><p>Votre entreprise dispose d\u2019un conseil d\u2019entreprise ? Vous lui soumettez le projet. S\u2019il n\u2019y a pas de conseil d\u2019entreprise, vous le soumettez \u00e0 la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale.<\/p><p>S\u2019il n\u2019y a pas non plus de d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale, vous soumettez directement le projet aux travailleurs.<\/p><p>Le conseil d\u2019entreprise ou la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation syndicale donne son avis au plus tard le <strong>15 mars<\/strong>. Vous devez y pr\u00e9voir des formations formelles et informelles.<\/p><p>Vous expliquez \u00e9galement comment ces formations s\u2019inscrivent dans les accords de votre secteur en mati\u00e8re de formation.<\/p><p>Vous devez aussi accorder de l\u2019attention aux formations pour les m\u00e9tiers en p\u00e9nurie. Enfin, vous devez veiller \u00e0 offrir les m\u00eames possibilit\u00e9s de formation aux femmes et aux hommes.<\/p><p><strong>Quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre une formation formelle et une formation informelle ?<\/strong><\/p><p>Au sein de la CP 100, des accords pr\u00e9cisent ce que sont les formations formelles et informelles.<\/p><p><strong>Formations formelles<\/strong><\/p><p>Il s\u2019agit de cours et de stages organis\u00e9s, con\u00e7us par des formateurs ou des organismes de formation. Ils suivent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un programme clair et s\u2019adressent souvent \u00e0 un groupe de participants.<\/p><p>Une formation formelle peut \u00eatre :<\/p><ul><li><strong>interne<\/strong> : votre entreprise con\u00e7oit et organise elle-m\u00eame la formation ;<\/li><li><strong>externe<\/strong> : un organisme ext\u00e9rieur \u00e0 votre entreprise con\u00e7oit et organise la formation. Il peut par exemple s\u2019agir du VDAB ou d\u2019un institut de formation sectoriel comme OpFo100.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le lieu de la formation ne d\u00e9termine pas si elle est interne ou externe. Elles sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement moins structur\u00e9es et r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de l\u2019ouvrier sur son lieu de travail.<\/p><p>Il peut par exemple s\u2019agir de formation sur le terrain, de tutorat, de coaching, de rotation du personnel, de stages, de visites d\u2019\u00e9tudes, de r\u00e9seaux d\u2019apprentissage, d\u2019autoformation ou de formation \u00e0 distance. Les conf\u00e9rences, ateliers, foires et expos\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des formations informelles.<\/p><p>Toutes les activit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage ne sont pas des formations informelles. Par exemple, un brainstorming, une s\u00e9ance d\u2019information sur la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise ou le simple accueil d\u2019un nouvel ouvrier sans formation compl\u00e9mentaire ne sont
